After a two-day search, Farmville Police tell 9 on your side they arrested James Woods Saturday afternoon.  We're told the baby's grandfather called police Wednesday night.

They say they found the baby at a home on Brooke Drive in Farmville with 2nd degree burns over 12-percent of his body. Police believe hot water caused the burns.

Officers already charged the baby's mother, Whitley Everett, with accessory charges. She bonded out of jail.

Woods is in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $102,000 bond.
