SAVANNAH, GA -

Vehicle enthusiasts showed their support for the 5th annual Revved Up for Autism Car, Truck and Bike Show.  The fundraiser benefited the Kicklighter Academy an early learning center dedicated to improving the life for children with autism and other developmental and physical disabilities.

The CEO, Robert Kozlowski, said if a child is diagnosed young enough and attends the school early that's when they see the best results.

"We've had children come that have never really eaten any solid foods they were still on bottles at 4-years-old and we've helped them learn how to eat. We've helped them learn how to talk, we've helped them come out of their shell so they can navigate a typical classroom of their peers," said Kozlowski.

The Kicklighter Resource Center also helps adults with disabilities with housing.
