School Leader Back to Work Following DUI Arrest

BEAUFORT, S.C. -

A Beaufort High School assistant principal is back to work following a DUI arrest.  Daniel Scott Tooman was arrested during a traffic stop on May 5 with a blood alcohol level of .18, more than twice the legal limit.  Tooman is charged with 1st driving under the influence and driving left of center.  Police say the arrest occurred outside of school hours.
