Shaw student arrested for NC State library thefts

RALEIGH, N.C. -

A Shaw University student has been arrested and charged with stealing iPads and cell phones and other electronic devices from students at the N.C. State University library.

N.C. State police said they have charged Brandon Lamar Bell of Raleigh with three counts of felony larceny, three counts of misdemeanor larceny and one count of obtaining property by false pretense.

N.C. State police arrested Bell Friday. The larcenies happened between March and April at the D.H. Hill Library on the Wolfpack campus.
