At 943 Am EDT Weather Service Doppler Radar Indicated Heavy Rainbands Moving West Across Northern Camden And Southern Glynn Counties Affecting Jekyll And Northern Cumberland Islands... Woodbine... Harriets Bluff... And Dover Bluff. Rainfall Amounts Of 1 To 2 Inches Per Hour Are Possible In The Advisory Area.

Excessive Runoff From These Storms Will Cause Flooding Of Small Creeks And Streams... Highways... Streets And Underpasses. Additionally... Country Roads And Farmlands Along The Banks Of Creeks And Streams And Other Low Lying Areas Are Subject To Flooding.
