2 Arrested for Pimping Teens

SAVANNAH, GA -

Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police and U.S. Marshals have arrested two Savannah men charged with pimping for three teenaged girls age 15 and 14.

This morning, U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force and Savannah Chatham Metro Police arrested 21-year-old Stephone Brown on two counts of human trafficking and pimping for a person under age 18.

Monday, Metro officers arrested 21-year-old Colby Bragg at the W. W. Law Center on three charges of statutory rape, pimping, and possession of marijuana.

The girls told SCMPD Special Victims Unit investigators that they were given alcohol and marijuana and paid to have sex with multiple adult men at the same time on several occasions.

Authorities say the case is one in which the Federal Bureau of Investigation exposed a human trafficking ring operating in Georgia and other states.

SVU officers continue to investigate the case and other human trafficking reports.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call Crimestoppers at (912) 234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637). Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.

A confidential Tip Line also is open directly to investigators at (912) 525-3124.
