The Flood Warning Continues For

  The Ogeechee River Near Eden.

* At 10 Am Tuesday The Stage Was 9.2 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 9.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring.

* Forecast...The River Will Continue Rising To Near 11.9 Feet By

  Sunday Afternoon.  Additional Rises May Be Possible Thereafter.

* At 12.0 Feet...The Bottom Floor Of Several Homes At Morgans Bridge

  Begin To Flood. The Boat Ramp And Campground Along Dashers Landing

  Road Near Eden Are Impacted.

 

 

The Flood Warning Continues For

  The Ogeechee River Near Midville.

* At 10 Am Tuesday The Stage Was 5.9 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 6.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Forecast...Rise Near Flood Stage By This Evening. The River

  Will Fall Below Flood Stage Tonight.

* At 6.0 Feet...The Access Road Into The River Bluff In Midville

  Begins To Flood. The Lower Portion Of Johnson Road Near Herndon

  Also Becomes Covered.

 

 

The Flood Warning Continues For

  The Ohoopee River Near Reidsville.

* At 10 Am Tuesday The Stage Was 13.4 Feet.

* Flood Stage Is 11.0 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Occurring.

* Forecast...The River Will Rise To Near 15.1 Feet By Tomorrow

  Evening Then Begin A Slow Fall.

* At 14.0 Feet...Flooding Of Several Riverside Unimproved Roads And

  Some Agricultural Land Occurs.

 

 

The Flood Warning Continues For

  The Altamaha River At Baxley.

* From Thursday Afternoon Until Further Notice...Or Until The Warning

  Is Cancelled.

* At  8:45 Am Tuesday The Stage Was 73.4 Feet.

* Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Flood Stage Is 74.5 Feet.

* Forecast...Rise Above Flood Stage By Thursday Early Afternoon And

  Continue To Rise To Near 75.4 Feet By Sunday Morning. Additional

  Rises Are Possible Thereafter.

* Impact...At 74.5 Feet...Minor Flooding Of Timber And Agricultural

  Land Can Be Expected.
