WEATHER WATCH FOR LOW RH AND WINDS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA...ALL BUT EXTREME NORTH GEORGIA

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TIMING...THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EVENING.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS THE UPPER TEENS.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 50S.

* IMPACTS...LOW RH AND STRONG WINDS WILL LEAD TO DANGEROUS FIRE CONDITIONS.
