* WINDS: WEST WINDS 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS 40 TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS BETWEEN 10 PM THIS EVENING AND 
  4 AM WEDNESDAY. 

* IMPACTS...STRONG WIND GUSTS COULD DOWN SMALL TREES...TREE LIMBS
  AND POWER LINES. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES COULD BE DIFFICULT TO
  CONTROL...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF OVER 30 MPH ARE EXPECTED.
