Richmond Hill Police have identified the body found last week on the side of the road.
Investigators say he is 58 year old Charles Stoyle from Munhall, Pennsylvania.
Relatives say Stoyle was last seen during the week of January 27th. He asked to be dropped off at the Love's Truck Stop on Highway 114 near I-95. He apparently wanted to hitchhike to Jacksonville.
City workers picking up trash on the side of the road found Stoyle's body on January 20 in a ditch near the truck stop.
A Richmond Hill Police/GBI autopsy and investigation revealed foul play was not a factor in Stoyle's death.

Dog found with 300 burned into its body
The hunting dog was found near some woods Charleston County last week, the person who found it took the dog to the Emergency Veterinary Hospital in North Charleston. The hound was given fluids and medicine
