Excessive rainfall continues to drench areas of the Coastal Empire and LowCountry. Dangerous conditions prompted a Tornado Warning for Chatham and Jasper Counties at 6:15 Tuesday Morning. The WSAV.com newsroom is constantly monitoring road conditions around the city.

-A combination of hard rains and high tides have temporarily closed Gen. McIntosh Boulevard linking East President and East Bay streets in front of the Marriott Hotel to traffic.
-Northbound Abercorn, from Brandywine to 63rd: Flooding is causing some road closures, barricades being placed.
-37th and MLK flooding reported.
