Moderate To Heavy Rainfall Will Prevail Over The Watch Area Into Tuesday... With Additional Rainfall Amounts Of 2 To 4 Inches... With Locally Higher Amounts. This Rainfall On Top Of Significant Rains Earlier This Weekend... May Cause Rivers... Streams And Creeks To Fill Their Banks. Areas With Poor Drainage Will Also Be Susceptible To Flooding.
