Jazz music is all around us in Savannah. Tonight a great American pianist and musician known the world over put on a fantastic concert. The Legacy of Jazz Concert featuring The Freddy Cole Quartet drew jazz lovers and fans alike. Freddy Cole, the younger brother of the late Nate King Cole brought his brand of cool and impressed the audience. The extraordinary musician is no stranger to Savannah. He's embraced our city over the years. This celebration presented by The Lutheran Church of the Ascension is part of the 24th annual Savannah Black Heritage Festival.

Dog found with 300 burned into its body
The hunting dog was found near some woods Charleston County last week, the person who found it took the dog to the Emergency Veterinary Hospital in North Charleston. The hound was given fluids and medicine
