The 24th annual Black Heritage Festival continues in Savannah. And tonight a showstopper featuring The Future of Jazz Legacy Concert at the Jewish Educational Alliance. The Future of Jazz is the brainchild of trombonist, teacher, and lecturer Teddy Adams. He brought together the legacies he's taught, and their performance wowed the crowd. The young vocalists and musicians know how to entertain and inspire people. "What it is is to promote and expose to the public the young people who are really studying jazz and are great artist in jazz. So it tells us now that this art form is not going to die," says Shirley James. Also performing tonight-- the grandchildren of Savannah Jazz Vocalist Huxsie Scott. WSAV is a proud sponsor of Savannah's Black Heritage Festival.
