Power Outages in Pooler (Chatham County)

Strong storms hit parts of the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry this evening.

While it was mainly a rain event, we did have reports of gusty winds of 35-45mph. This resulted in some downed tree limbs, which caused power outages in Pooler.

Georgia Power tells STORM TEAM 3 that 1300 customers were left in the dark.

More rain and possibly a few thunderstorms are possible again on Tuesday and Wednesday.
