Khaliq Hughes (17) and Derek Kirkland (12) helped Calvary move a step closer to clinching the regular-season Region 3-A(A) title with a 52-47 win over Portal.

On the girls' side, Calvary had little trouble routing Portal, 61-29.  Alexus Parker with 22 points.

Amari Oliver returned after missing seven games with a knee injury to score 19 points and haul down 10 rebounds to lead Savannah Country Day over Savannah Christian, 41-36.
