A Brooklet man has turned himself in to the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office in connection with two theft cases.

Authorities say Roy Ashton Wilson, 27, stole some metal from R.C. Machine and Tool on Mill Creek Road on January 25th.

Two days later, deputies say Wilson stole a trailer and several pieces of farm equipment from another location on Mill Creek Road.

The Sheriff's Office says Wilson turned himself in on January 30th and admitted to both thefts.

The trailer was located at a home in the 4,000 block of Old River Road South where it had been repainted.

Deputies say Jimmie Joe Bath Jr., 53, was arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.

The Sheriff's Office says Wilson may be connected to other crimes in the area.
