Stafford Leads UGA to Bowl Victory
Georgia Quarterback Matthew Stafford leads the Bulldogs to a come-from-behind win in the Capital One Bowl over Michigan State. Stafford threw for 3 touchdowns, all in the second half.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Matthew Stafford threw three touchdown
passes in the second half, hitting Knowshown Moreno for the
clinching score to lead No. 16 Georgia over No. 19 Michigan State
24-12 Thursday in the Capital One Bowl.
Ranked No. 1 early this season, the Bulldogs (10-3) gave coach
Mark Richt his sixth bowl win in eight tries.
Stafford was just 6-for-14 for 71 yards in the first half. He
went 14-for-17 after that as the Bulldogs broke loose.
Michigan State (9-4) was not ranked earlier this season and
later reached as high as 15th.
