Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are urging the public to help them locate a woman who has not been seen since January 11.

Thirty-two year old Charlana McKinsie aka Charlana Reese was last seen by her 14-year-old daughter at their home on Trellis Way.  Ms. McKinsie was supposed to pick up her daughter from school on Monday and never showed up.

Police are hoping someone may have seen Ms. McKinsie or her car, a light green 2008 Toyota Camry with a North Carolina vanity tag FRVNILA.

Police were made aware of her disappearance by her mother this morning, and began a full court press to locate the woman, who has no history of disappearing or leaving her child.

Ms. McKinsie stands 5’8” tall and weights about 140 pounds and has green/gray eyes.

Anyone who sees the car or Charlanda McKinsie is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.  Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Charlanda McKinsie is asked to contact Metro’s Special Victims Unit at 912-651-6728 or CrimeStoppers at 234-2020.
