Save This PageHilton Head High's Girls soccer team advances in the South Carolina Athletic League state playoffs by defeating Socastee 6-2.
Abby Fennessey scored the first two goals for the Seahawks and Stephanie Sosa added another first half goal to give Hilton Head the 3-2 lead en route to a 6-2 win.
Carly Iulo, Fennessey and Jessica Lindgren scored in the second half.
Hilton Head is now 14-2 and will move on to the state quarterfinals Friday night at home.
