Officials held a press conference earlier today from the Augusta Burn Center earlier today.  Watch the attached video.

20 people were transported to Augusta for specialized burn treatment.

According to Doctor Fred Mullins of Doctor’s Hospital Burn Unit in Augusta, 18 Savannah patients were delivered to the Burn Center. 2 additional patients were transported to the Medical College of Georgia and will be transferred to the burn unit in the next 24 or 48 hours.
