Would liquor-by-the-drink attract restaurants in Effingham?

Effingham Co. is one of the fastest growing counties in Georgia, but there aren’t many new restaurants springing up. Supporters of the liquor by the drink referendum believe changing the law to allow sales of hard liquor at restaurants could change that. Many folks worry it could also change the family atmosphere that attracted them to the county.
