Well around 500 walkers are out on the track in Effingham County Friday night for Relay for Life.
Neighbors joined together at South Effingham High School in Guyton to walk the track in support of the fight against cancer. Shining luminaries remembering cancer victims covered the track as supporters walked.
"It gives us a chance as a community to show people that have cancer we care, and that we're fighting the battle with them," says Chris Brundage, Team Recruitment Chair
23 teams are participating in the walk.
